You are stronger than you think... . I needed to take some pics for @shopypg and hadn’t ever attempted Eka Pada Bakasana (one legged crow). Filming my attempt helped me realize I just needed to TRUST and lean forward more. Next attempt,💥 this pic. Sometimes we just need an outside perspective to help us grow. All times though, we have to just try! Technically it’s jaguar print 🐆 #duuuval 🎉cheers to a @brittanylynne8 birthday as special as she is🎉 🧘‍♀️A yogi post because I miss it. I’ve been using this as my peak sequence for a bit now and it makes my glutes sore every dang time. 🔹Extended hand-to-big-toe pose to... 🔹Fold over variation to... 🔹Pistol squat to... 🔹Dancer’s pose to... 🔹Standing figure four⚡️ All while rooting through one standing foot. This is sped up but take your time, breathe, root hard though your standing foot and lift up through your core.
