Resistance bands are multifunctional and can really take your at-home workouts to the next level.

These loop bands off Amazon come in a pack of 5 for a variety of resistance and come in different colors.

Longer resistance bands (aka pull up bands) can be used to work the legs, back, shoulders, chest and more. They can also be used for stretching and mobility work.

Weights don’t have to be super heavy to get results. These light weights can also be doubled up (pick up the 3lbs and 5lbs) for more resistance. 

Yoga blocks and straps are common props for stretching and mobility. They can aid in different yoga poses or stretches and be used for balance work.

Don’t forget recovery from all those workouts! These spiked roller balls act as the perfect tool to get into tight muscles and help release tension.
